1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly: full name, email address, phone number, government-issued ID documents, selfie for KYC verification, and wallet addresses. We also collect technical data: IP addresses, device information, login timestamps, and transaction records on BNB Smart Chain.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to: verify your identity (KYC), process deposits and withdrawals, send OTP authentication codes, deliver account notifications and profit summaries, detect fraud and suspicious activity, and comply with legal obligations including AML requirements.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on Cloudflare-protected servers with encryption at rest and in transit. KYC documents are stored securely and accessed only by authorised staff during the review process. We never sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Blockchain Transparency
Blockchain transactions (deposits, withdrawals, sweeps) are permanently recorded on BNB Smart Chain and are publicly visible. While your wallet addresses may be visible on-chain, your personal identity is not publicly associated with those addresses by Safaricoin.
5. Third-party Services
We use: Resend for transactional email delivery, Cloudflare for infrastructure and DDoS protection, Moralis for blockchain monitoring, and Neon for database hosting. Each provider has their own privacy policy and data handling practices.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to request access to your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your account and associated data (subject to legal retention requirements), and withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.
